Our products:

1. A web platform for children ages 4–12
2. A mobile app for children (iOS + Android)
3. A mobile app for adults (iOS + Android)

We’re already reaching over 1,000,000 users monthly in 60+ countries.

Now we’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead the creative direction for our adult-focused app.

What you’ll do:

1. Come up with ideas for video ads, playable ads, and banners
2. Launch and analyze A/B tests, scale winning hypotheses
3. Work closely with marketers — your creatives won’t just look great, they’ll perform
4. Understand adult users’ motivations and turn them into engaging, high-converting concepts
5. Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our product style
6. Oversee the full production process — from briefing to final deliverables (in-house or outsourced)

What we’re looking for:

1. 2+ years of experience producing creatives for mobile B2C products
2. Comfortable with performance marketing metrics like CR, ROI, and LTV
3. You know what an attention span of 2 seconds means — and how to grab it
4. You’re both structured and bold in your approach
5. Ready to complete a short test task
6. Nice to have: Experience with EdTech, GameDev, or digital products that involve learning or gameplay elements
