Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency and our client Octopays is a young and dynamic company. We create payment solutions for your business considering all your business and technical capabilities is looking for a COO to join their team

Responsibilities:

1. Interaction with merchants and partners
2. Generation of new ideas and their practical implementation
3. Optimization and automation of business processes
4. Ensuring a high level of security, compliance with regulatory requirements and KYC/AML standards
5. Working with the technical side of operations, including preparing the necessary documents, obtaining licenses and managing any other documentation necessary for a specific business
6. Working with reporting and analytics
7. Interaction with external partners

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Experience as COO / Head of Operations from 3-5 years in the field of high risk (payments, casino)
2. Deep understanding of the payment infrastructure: acquiring, PSP, processing, compliance
3. Knowledge of high risk specifics
4. Skills in building processes from scratch and scaling existing ones
5. Experience working with international regulators / licenses.
