Business Analyst [Communication Platform]
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Vendor Communication Platform stream — the team responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing external communication channels.
The stream manages integrations with external communication providers, ensuring SLA compliance, channel reliability, cost efficiency, and overall scalability.
The focus is on building a flexible and resilient communication infrastructure that minimizes operational risks and reduces dependency on single vendors. The team ensures reliable and uninterrupted customer communication, even as volumes grow or infrastructure evolves.
Challenges that await you:
Develop vendor communication channels as a full-scale product with a clear roadmap and backlog
Define and evolve the integration architecture with external providers
Improve channel efficiency while reducing operational costs (OPEX)
Own SLA performance across vendors (delivery rate, latency, MTTR)
Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and post-incident processes
Design and implement multi-vendor and dynamic routing strategies
Prevent vendor lock-in through resilient architectural decisions
Standardize and accelerate vendor onboarding processes
Design failover and fallback mechanisms to ensure service continuity
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis within high-load or platform environments
Experience working with external integrations and third-party providers
Strong understanding of SLA management, reliability, and operational metrics
Experience building or improving scalable system architectures
Ability to balance performance, cost efficiency, and business requirements
Experience working with monitoring, incident management, and post-mortem processes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
Fluent English (B2+)
Your bonus skills:
Experience in fintech, banking, or communication-heavy platforms
Background in multi-vendor or routing architecture
Experience working with messaging providers (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, etc.)
Knowledge of dynamic traffic routing strategies
Experience negotiating or managing vendor contracts
Exposure to disaster recovery and failover architecture design
Previous experience scaling communication infrastructure under rapid growth
Our ways of working:
Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
Relocation support to one of our hubs — Mexico, Cyprus, or Serbia — with assistance for the employee and their family
Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
