System Analyst (ATM Acquiring)

We’re looking for an experienced System Analyst to join the team responsible for ATM Acquiring. The role involves designing and supporting ATM transaction processing, building system integrations with processors and payment networks, and managing vendor connections. Previous experience in fintech is an advantage (especially hands-on experience with payment processing and ATM acquiring, ISO8583 protocol).
The position focuses on API design, documentation, and ensuring stable, scalable ATM acquiring services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and evolve services and features to support ATM acquiring operations
Prepare clear and structured documentation for developers, QA, and operations teams
Build and manage integrations with internal teams (e.g. Core Banking, Card Management) and external providers/processors
Design APIs and system integrations from scratch and improve existing ones
Take full responsibility for tasks from business request to production release:
Participate in planning and execution of automated testing for ATM transactions
Analyze ATM transaction data to identify issues, trends, and optimization opportunities
Requirements
3+ years as a System Analyst, ideally in fintech, banking, or payment processing
Good knowledge of IT architecture and system integration patterns
Experience with payment services or transaction processing systems
Solid knowledge of microservice architecture and system design
Experience with API design and integrations from scratch
Confident SQL skills for data analysis and validation
Experience with production support, incident investigation, and resolution
Proactive mindset — ready to suggest and implement improvements
Experience with production support, incident investigation, and resolution
English level B2 or higher
Will be a plus:
Experience with payment services or transaction processing systems
Understanding of ATM acquiring, ISO8583, and how ATMs interact with acquirers, issuers, and payment networks
