Backend developer (Python)

We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our AI team. Together, we'll build scalable infrastructure, work on next-generation content, and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

What you will do:

1. Integrating new AI/ML solutions into the backend platform.
2. Working on a content versioning and management system.
3. Designing and implementing solutions with high-load in mind.
4. Optimizing bottlenecks and improving performance.
5. Setting up monitoring, collecting, and visualizing metrics.
6. Participating in architectural decisions, planning, and technical design.
7. Collaborating with ML engineers, product, and content teams.

What you’ll bring:

1. 3+ years of experience in backend development.
2. Strong proficiency in Python.
3. Experience with AWS cloud services.
4. Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes.
5. Nice to have:
6. Knowledge of Node.js.
7. Experience with GitLab.
8. Familiarity with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
9. Experience with Grafana.
10. Experience with databases, especially ClickHouse and MongoDB.
