About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channel — with a sharp focus on Google Ads and AI-powered campaign optimization — As well as improve our technical marketing operations.
This is a full-time, in-house role for someone who doesn't just run campaigns — but actively uses AI tools, agents, and custom workflows to improve performance, cut manual work, and stay ahead of the competition. You will be the person who brings ready-made AI skills and automation approaches from day one.
This is a high-level individual contributor position — there are no direct reports. Instead of managing people, you will be managing AI to do a significant portion of the work, allowing you to own a broad scope that would traditionally require a larger team.

Responsibilities
Google Ads & Paid Media
Own Google Ads as the primary channel — strategy, campaign structure, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing page alignment
Test and scale additional paid channels — Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, Quora; identify what works and expand systematically
Actively use AI to manage and optimize campaigns — automate audits, generate copy variants, build landing pages for paid traffic, analyze search term data, and surface optimization opportunities faster
Build and improve performance workflows using AI agents, Claude Skills, or similar automation tools — not just use AI as a chatbot, but as an embedded part of your process
Monitor and optimize performance across the full funnel — from upper-funnel indicators (Impression Share, Search Lost IS, Quality Score) to core acquisition metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) — and use data to drive decisions across all paid channels
Own landing page creation and optimization for paid traffic — build, test, and iterate on landing pages using tools like Unbounce or AI-assisted builders to improve Quality Scores, relevance, and conversion rates
Marketing Operations
Support the marketing team with automation workflows across channels — setting up integrations and operational processes that reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Assist in configuring and maintaining marketing tools, data flows, and cross-channel reporting infrastructure
Identify repetitive manual processes across the team and propose or implement AI-driven solutions to eliminate them
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the SEO, content, product, and dev teams to align messaging, landing pages, and campaign strategy
Coordinate with operations to ensure the full funnel — from click to converted client — runs smoothly
Requirements
Must-Haves
6+ years in marketing, with proven hands-on experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) and practical skills across multiple areas — paid social, email marketing, or marketing operations
Deep expertise in Google Ads account strategy and structure, including campaign architecture, segmentation of branded vs. non-branded traffic, transactional vs. informational intent, keyword management, bidding strategies, and the effective use of both established and emerging features (e.g. Performance Max, AI Max, audience signals, and automation capabilities)
Experience with additional paid channels (Meta, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn) — ability to test, evaluate, and scale what works
Active AI practitioner — you already use AI tools in your daily workflow (not just occasionally); ideally you have built agents, Claude Skills, custom GPTs, or similar automations that speed up your work
Landing page creation and optimization — hands-on experience building and testing landing pages for paid traffic; solid understanding of Quality Score drivers and CRO best practices
Strong analytical skills — you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver results without micromanagement
Proficiency in English (B2+) — confident written and verbal communication
