As the Marketing Content & Production Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind Finom’s visual and textual identity. You will bridge the gap between marketing goals and hands-on execution, leading a talented team of content creators to deliver high-performing assets. From managing a complex multi-page website to overseeing the production of ad visuals and videos, you ensure that every piece of content is consistent, professional, and perfectly aligned with our brand.

What you'll do

  • Brand alignment & quality control: Ensure all content strictly adheres to Finom’s established brand guidelines and Tone of Voice (ToV), maintaining high quality and consistency across all communication channels.

  • Team leadership & mentorship: Lead and manage the content team (Content Manager and Copywriter), coordinating workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.

  • Cross-functional сollaboration: Act as a key point of contact and coordinate projects with Design, Development, Localization, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of complex marketing initiatives.

  • Creative production management: Manage and oversee the entire creative production lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Paid Media Managers (PMM) to ensure all assets (static, video, and copy) are delivered according to specifications and deadlines for the Growth Marketing team.

  • Web projects delivery: Lead the end-to-end development process for new web pages and functional updates. This includes managing the roadmap, transforming stakeholder requirements into actionable documents (BRDs/Specs), and overseeing execution across design, copy, and development to ensure seamless deployment.

  • Website stewardship: Take full ownership of the company’s multi-page website, managing content updates and ensuring the site remains a clear, professional, and effective touchpoint for users.

  • Workflow optimisation: Set clear goals for the team and refine production processes to improve efficiency and output quality.

What you'll bring

  • Marketing Project Manager: You are deeply familiar with the lifecycle of creative assets and web projects - from initial brief and resource planning to final delivery. You excel at tracking deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Team leader: You have a proven track record of managing creative specialists and building efficient, scalable production workflows.

  • Process-oriented: You excel at organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining order in a fast-paced environment.

  • Brand champion: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure all output matches the brand’s visual and verbal identity.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Fintech industry or a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing requirements (knowing what makes an ad banner "click").

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, WordPress), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).

  • Experience in writing detailed and clear technical requirements (BRD/Specs) for development teams.
