UGC Program Project Manager
We’re looking for a sharp, numbers-driven UGC Program Project Manager to act as the backbone of our creator operations. While the creative team focuses on the "what," you will focus on the "how" and "how much." You will oversee the end-to-end workflow, manage regional freelancers, and ensure our scaling efforts are financially sound and fraud-proof. This is a role for an operational architect who thrives on high-volume campaign management and airtight tracking.
What will you be working on?
Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end UGC workflow, building and maintaining the documentation and tracking systems that keep us moving.
Financial Management: Take full ownership of the program budget, including influencer payments, agency fees, and rigorous ROI tracking.
Team Leadership: Recruit and lead a team of external freelancers tasked with country-specific outreach (e.g., France, Germany).
Fraud Prevention: Implement and refine vetting processes to identify "system gamers" and mitigate industry-specific fraud.
Performance Analytics: Transform raw data into insights for leadership, analyzing program health and optimizing conversion metrics.
Scalability: Streamline internal processes to ensure the creator program can scale rapidly without losing efficiency.
What are we looking for?
3+ years experience in influencer marketing or project management, with a background in a performance-driven influencer agency
Proven track record in high-volume campaign management, ideally handling "always-on" creator workflows
Strong financial literacy, comfortable managing budgets, creator payments, and tracking ROI
Experience leading external teams or freelancers across different markets
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify industry fraud, botting, and "system gaming"
Detail-oriented and systems-driven, with a proactive approach to building documentation and processes
Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to optimize for conversion
Fluent in English;
