Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and development teams. Must have successful delivery experience in software development projects in Agile environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate and lead projects from start to finish, operating autonomously

• Select and adapt project management methodologies to project scope and complexity

• Build and maintain project schedules (including Gantt charts), manage sprints, and apply fast-tracking/crashing when required

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Business Analysis, Operations) to ensure aligned, productive work

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues promptly

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks

• Control delivery quality, deadlines, and budget

• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans

• Lead change management within projects

• Establish and improve delivery processes

• Conduct project audits and implement corrective actions

• Prepare and deliver structured project reports, tracking progress, risks, and budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical background; clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven Agile project management experience; web development delivery required

• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members (DEV, QA, BA, OPS)

• Experience leading projects from initiation through delivery to support/maintenance phase

• Experience with mobile and AI projects is a plus

• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects with multiple dependencies

• Experienced in risk management and change management

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and advanced Gantt chart use

• Experience in creating and presenting concise project reports for stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics Mathematics, Regulatory Compliance, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and/or other business fields of study

• English C1+

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
