Tech Recruiter (contract)

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (contractor) to join us on a 3-month, fully remote contract to strengthen hiring across our engineering teams, with a primary focus on backend/frontend and Data/ML & analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from intake with hiring managers to candidate offer

• Proactively source and engage candidates through direct search

• Conduct initial screenings and assess technical and motivational fit

• Guide candidates through all interview stages, coordinate interviews, and consolidate feedback

• Maintain a healthy pipeline and report on key metrics

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment

• Strong direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates

• Solid understanding of the tech stack and the ability to speak the same language as engineers

• Experience with an ATS and a systematic approach to pipeline management

• Self-driven and ready to deliver results from the first weeks — the contract format implies fast onboarding
