Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst for our Property Card team.

 Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to define and analyze Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).

• Establish priorities based on technical dependencies and resolve conflicts.

• Decompose complex systems and processes to provide context and assign tasks effectively.

• Manage changes in project requirements: identification, alignment, and documentation.

Key qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis;

• Experience with frontend;

• Experience in creating product systems;

• Skills in documenting complex systems and the ability to work with technical specialists, product managers and business stakeholders;

• Ability to immerse yourself in the product and business context and translate it into the technical capabilities of systems;

• Communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts;

• Understanding of the software development life cycle: collecting and analyzing requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance;

• Spoken English (from B2 and above).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project management and development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban

• Experience with SQL.
