Work closely with operations teams to understand their day-to-day work and transform it into clear, efficient processes
Design operational interfaces and the workflows behind them
Ensure that processes meet regulatory requirements and fit into existing customer and operational journeys
Connect processes to the underlying systems, assess current integration capabilities, and define required changes
Support the migration and extension of existing functionality on the new platform
Hand specifications over to development and support testing, release, acceptance, and stakeholder demos
Investigate operational issues using logs and system data
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a business or system analyst in banking or financial services
Hands-on experience designing operational interfaces, complex objects, and workflows
Experience working closely with operations teams and embedding new processes into existing journeys
Experience designing compliant processes in financial services
Understanding of integrations: APIs, queues, and data exchange
Experience using logs and data to investigate issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams
English B2 — you’ll work with international colleagues
Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas:
Customer/contact management, master-data systems such as CRM or MDM, and KYC/AML processes
