Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team (planning, performance management, coaching)

• Organize and oversee delivery, warehousing, and transportation processes

• Optimize costs and delivery timelines

• Implement KPIs and performance tracking systems

• Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners, conduct negotiations

• Mitigate risks and resolve operational issues

• Analyze logistics metrics and prepare reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics management

• Proven experience leading a team

• Ability to build processes from scratch or scale existing operations

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems

• Solid negotiation skills

• Proactive mindset with strong results orientation

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or FMCG

• Experience with logistics process automation

• Knowledge of lean principles and supply chain optimization
