Service Desk Specialist - Warsaw or Barcelona only.
2500-3500 EUR gross per month.
About the role:
We are looking for a specialist who will ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the office’s end-user IT infrastructure, support employees, and assist the infrastructure team with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure software and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain office systems according to requirements
Escalate cases if necessary
Upgrade users systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies, be ready to answer questions
Assist Infrastructure Admins in daily tasks
Travel across our offices in the EU zone
Qualifications:
Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk Specialist
Solid knowledge of everything related user workstations
Basic knowledge of data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian
Nice to have:
Experience with office server systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS) and MDM systems
Experience with AWS
