Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across mobile applications, telecom integrations, eSIM services, and backend platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Executive sponsors provide business leadership; the Senior Technical Project Manager owns delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, and project momentum from initiation through launch.

Required

• 7+ years of project or program management experience within technology-driven organizations.

• 3+ years of experience delivering projects within telecom, mobile applications, SaaS, connectivity, or related technology environments.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and cloud-based platforms.

• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, project management tools, and delivery reporting dashboards.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities may shift rapidly.

• Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal).

Preferred

• Experience working with eSIM technology, MVNO/MVNE operations, telecom carriers, or connectivity platforms.

• Experience managing mobile application development, API integrations, and third-party technology partnerships.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud environments.

• Experience supporting international and distributed teams.

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.

• Additional languages, including Russian or Spanish.
