Senior Product Designer (LTV, Retention)

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Resume.co team.

Responsibilities

1. Create tools for job seekers: job search, applications and interview preparation.
2. Develop clear, coherent, and visually impactful B2C interfaces.(e.g. Duolingo)
3. Design post-subscription tools: for retention, daily use, and increasing engagement.
4. Rapidly prototype and test design variants , incorporating user feedback and data insights to optimize solutions in real time.
5. Lead end-to-end design projects, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.
6. Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality.
7. Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your designs.
8. Conduct user research, user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
9. Provide mentorship and valuable feedback for other designers.
10. Take ownership of the product's visual language and design system.

Qualities that we’re looking for

1. Proficiency in Figma.
2. Pixel-perfect attention to detail
3. Data-driven mindset over personal opinions.
4. Self-motivated, with experience in remote/async work environments.
5. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews.
6. Experience designing SaaS/B2C mass-market products.
7. Experience with legal or document-building oriented products.
8. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude and A/B testing.
9. Bonus: Experience with front-end engineering.

Salary & Contract

1. Compensation: $60,000 — $96,000/year. Yearly bonus based on profit and performance.
2. Paid via [deel.com](http://deel.com/) (standard contract).
3. Asia/Pacific or EU timezone.
