Senior Product Designer (Core)

We’re hiring Product Designers to create products for local markets following global design standards. We work with a large user base, complex user flows, and scalable interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with local managers and the global team to align design decisions

• Design key modules and user flows

• Conduct research and usability tests, form hypotheses

• Develop and maintain the design system

• Ensure quality of implementation and hand off designs to development

• Work with metrics and optimize conversions

What We Expect

• Communicate and justify design decisions effectively

• Conduct research and analyze results

• 4+ years of experience in product design

• Experience in classifieds, marketplaces, job platforms, or FinTech

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems

• English level B2 or higher
