Senior Product Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Product Data Analyst to join our Product Data Analytics team to work closely with Data Cluster, Tech and Business teams.

Our Product Analytics team is on the forefront of insights generation to the product organization, helping our Member, Payments and Partner pillars of product to grow and build functionalities relevant for each consumer group.

What you will do

• You analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive product and business growth

• You lead product discovery efforts by identifying user journey friction points and providing evidence-based recommendations on product decisions

• You communicate findings effectively to product managers, business stakeholders, and executives through clear, actionable narratives

• You build and maintain scalable data models using SQL, ensuring reliable and efficient access to business-critical data

• You ensure data quality by identifying root causes of data issues and partnering with engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions

• You create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Looker or Hex, transforming data into clear and compelling visual stories

• You collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide end-to-end analytical support across teams

• You drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making by designing, analyzing, and communicating A/B tests and statistical concepts, with experience in dbt and Google BigQuery considered a plus

What you will need to succeed

• You bring 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-focused and tech-driven environment

• You are highly proficient in SQL and data modeling, with experience writing optimized queries; knowledge of dbt and Google BigQuery is a plus

• You transform complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively through visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex

• You excel at solving complex business problems, using strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships across teams

• You have hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including statistical methods and tools such as Statsig

• You have experience working in fast-paced startups, ideally within B2C product environments or the sports and wellness industry

• You are familiar with modern analytics stacks, including tracking tools such as Segment or GA4, and ideally have basic Python skills for advanced analysis
