Senior Fullstack Engineer (Product)

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript) to join our small, high-performance engineering team. You will help build and shape the core platform that powers our rapid growth, contributing to both backend services and frontend interfaces while influencing architectural and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform development
   Build and maintain the core of our platform, including backend services in Node.js/TypeScript, as well as frontend interfaces in React. Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

2. Technical leadership
   Be a technical force within the team, shaping coding standards, reviewing designs, and influencing architectural decisions while mentoring teammates.

3. Business impact & collaboration
   Work closely with top-tier engineers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions directly contribute to the company’s profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript.

• Experience with React and building full-stack applications.

• Strong systems-thinking mindset.

• Ability to defend architectural decisions with clarity and humility.

• Understanding of business impact and engineering for profitability.

• Experience contributing to small, high-performance teams is a plus.

• Higher degree education.

• Fluent Russian skills (written and verbal) required due to the processes, team documentation and communication being in Russian.

• B1/B2 level of English.
