Senior Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships across multiple iGaming brands and markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can successfully manage a diverse affiliate portfolio, identify new partnership opportunities, and optimize performance across casino and sportsbook products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners across multiple brands and regions.

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive quality player acquisition and revenue growth.

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners.

• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate opportunities to maximize growth.

• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, and BI teams to optimize campaign performance.

• Negotiate commercial agreements, CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other partnership models.

• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming standards.

• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.

• Proven experience managing multiple brands, markets, and affiliate portfolios simultaneously.

• Strong network of affiliate contacts within the casino and sportsbook sectors.

• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• English language proficiency is a must, and Russian or Ukrainian languages is a big plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing affiliates across regulated markets.

• Knowledge of SEO, content affiliates, streamers, and influencer partnerships.

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, or similar.
