React Native Developer

We are looking for a React Native Developer to build and run experiments that optimize the mobile monetization funnel, own features end-to-end from hypothesis to release, and drive AI-assisted development and workflow automation to accelerate experimentation and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop experiments for optimization monetization funnel on the mobile app.

• Work with a cross-functional team to test and validate hypotheses.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that sticks to best practices.

• Help to continuously improve our development process and infrastructure.

• Participate in team brainstorming for new hypotheses and projects.

• Lead projects from hypothesis development to release as the owner.

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the team: identify opportunities, test approaches, share best practices.

• Actively use AI tools to accelerate development and experiment delivery with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of technology.

Required experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development

  • Understanding of RN-Bridge, JSI, New Arch.

  • Experience in upgrading RN app versions in production.

  • Advanced skills in working with reanimated (worklets, understanding how animations work from the native side).

  • Experience with gesture-handler.

  • Experience with iap

  • Knowledge of Java/Kotlin + ObjC/Swift and integrating native modules into RN.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in day-to-day development — not just familiarity, but proven productivity gains.

• Experience building or optimizing development workflows using AI agents or automation.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipating edge cases & clarifying requirement.

• Strong debugging skills with the ability to find and solve problems with minimal documentation or outside help.

• Passionate about generating and testing hypotheses, rapidly developing a bunch of experiments, and quickly gathering feedback.

• Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative, showing a strong ability to take ownership.

Nice to have:

• Experience to work in a subscription-based model business

• Experience working with Reanimated 2+ and react-native-skia

• Ability to write modular tests using Jest

• Experience in deploying releases to app stores

• Track record of introducing AI tools to a team and helping others adopt them
