Team Structure

Right now, our total team size is over 200 people:

The development team is distributed globally and organized into cross-functional product teams. These teams typically consist of 8–12 members, including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is led by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring effective collaboration and clear direction.

Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.


What to do in the project?

  • Collaborate closely with the development team, product managers, and designers to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to validate complex functionality, edge cases, and user scenarios.

  • Adapt testing efforts across different platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile, while covering backend, frontend, and end-to-end testing layers.

  • Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

  • Contribute to incident management by identifying and escalating risks, and assisting in mitigation and resolution efforts to maintain product reliability.

  • Continuously improve the QA process by proposing and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals, testing timelines, and release plans.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

What professional skills are important for us?

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on manual testing of complex software products.

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in manual testing.

  • Experience in Windows desktop application testing is essential.

  • Experience in backend, frontend and e2e testing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and identify potential risks and areas of improvement.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Independent and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.

  • Excellent spoken and written English — you’ll communicate with internal teams

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, or other specialized testing areas is a plus.

  • Experience with mobile testing will be a plus.
