  • 3+ years of experience in test automation or software development in test (SDET) roles.

  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Kotlin, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Proven experience in designing test architecture and building scalable automation frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, the testing pyramid, and industry best practices for automation.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating automated tests into build processes.

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining test environments, managing test data, and creating mock/stub services.

  • Practical experience working with REST APIs, databases, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and microservice architectures.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive cross-team results.

  • Experience with continuous production monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch) for detecting and analyzing live issues.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and code review workflows.
