Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at HES FinTech, you will take the helm of critical fintech projects, overseeing their end-to-end execution and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, business analysis, and marketing, to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

What We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience in IT or banking project management.

• Expertise in the banking domain, technical background is a plus.

• Knowledge of project management principles, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk management.

• Familiarity with web development principles.

• English (C1) is a must-have requirement, Russian – Native.

• Out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to participate in offline business meetings at the client's location and engage in business trips.

• Your location preferably Poland, EU

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project delivery

• Implement effective project standards to ensure project success

• Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Possess a good understanding of application programming and the finance domain

• Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities

• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
