Product Strategy Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Shaping content strategy: defining the optimal game portfolio based on trends, local player preferences, and operator requirements.
2. Managing content profitability: analysing the performance of various game categories, developing strategies to increase GGR and optimise content costs.
3. Monitoring trends and competitors: researching new game mechanics, popular providers, and competitor offerings.
4. Improving collaboration terms: preparing analytical insights and recommendations for the provider partnership team.
5. Market-specific content analysis: identifying local content preferences across different regions and advising on the launch of new games and providers.
6. Supporting product strategy: contributing to the prioritisation of aggregator development with a focus on content and its impact on business metrics.
7. Building a knowledge base of providers and their game content, including recommendations on how to position content based on client needs.
8. Establishing and leading a team of provider account managers.

We expect you to have:

1. English and Russian at B2+ level;
2. 2+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably on the casino or aggregator side;
3. Excellent understanding of regional gaming preferences (Europe, LatAm, Asia, Africa);
4. Strong analytical skills in GGR, retention, LTV, and other performance metrics;
5. Deep understanding of iGaming trends, with the ability to track and apply them to drive performance growth.
