Product Mobile Designer (Performance & Motivation)
We’re looking for a Senior Product Mobile Designer to reimagine the experience of our sales ambassadors. Our idea is simple — happy employees lead to happy customers. For our sales ambassadors, the agent app is a workhorse they use for everything: from loan applications to income management and HR requests. Since it’s something they see every day, we want it to be a top‑notch employee platform.
Together with the team, you’ll define how we can help our sales ambassadors grow, learn, and stay in touch with each other. We want it to be engaging, fun to use, and easy to master.
Your ultimate goal is to ensure that at every stage of their workflow, our employees are happy, motivated, and excited about working at the best company in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Own the motivational components across all employee digital surfaces.
Translate complex financial logic and business rules into clear, simple, and intuitive user experiences.
Own UX quality across the employee journey: shift management, goals, education, and teamwork.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to shape solutions from early discovery to launch.
Work closely with the product designer responsible for loan origination to create a seamless experience between their tasks and all subsequent steps.
Drive design initiatives: identify problems, propose improvements, and carry changes through to implementation.
Use research, analytics, and experimentation to validate decisions and continuously improve the credit experience.
Balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints in design decisions.
What we expect from candidate
3+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android).
Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level).
Strong ability to think and design systemically (not just individual screens).
High level of independence and proactivity — you’re comfortable driving ambiguous problems to clarity.
Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research and A/B testing.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals.
Understanding of mobile development constraints and ability to design realistic concepts.
Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE) is a plus.
Experience working on apps gamification is a plus.
Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
