About the role

  • Our Meta Loop Product Stream owns the most critical post-activation layer: keeping active users engaged, turning casual users into committed ones, and growing our high-value player base. We do this through gamification mechanics, social features, loyalty systems, and behavioral design — not through discounting or bonus dependency.

  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of this stream. You'll be responsible for two critical business outcomes, a roadmap for how our meta-mechanics evolve, and an aggressive shipping cadence to get there fast.

What You'll Own

  • Two Key Results, full P&L-style accountability:

  • Retention (d8–d14): increase post-activation retention through engagement loops, streak and progression mechanics, progressive disclosure, and social features.

  • Whale Economy: grow the population of high-value active users through deep engagement, VIP mechanics, tournament design, and personalized incentives. This is not a CRM role — you own the product mechanics that make top users stay

  • Your team: you'll lead a cross-functional team of ~10 in a matrix structure — from a Project Manager and developers to a data analyst and a Game Balance Designer (a domain expert who'll accelerate your onboarding). You fully own your backlog and report directly to the CPO.

Responsibilities

  • Know the data. Stay close to your numbers and keep your own read of what's moving the metrics and why, and interpret the qualitative insights too

  • Ship decisively. Ideate, scope, and deliver experiments in short, meaningful cycles — optimizing for fast, cheap learning over the perfect solution

  • Hold the vision. Own a long-term plan for which loops to build, what components they need (triggers, social obligations, progression), and in what order — and why

  • Design the components. Streaks, quests, progression, social mechanics, variable rewards — the building blocks you assemble into loops that drive specific user behaviors

  • Architect the whale experience. From tournaments and personalized incentives all the way to the "premium" wrapping, fighting for the retention of the highest-value users

  • Run Live Ops. Weekly content cycles, seasonal events, parallel A/B tests — you're at home in the live-service rhythm and work hand-in-hand with Marketing

  • Ramp up fast. With experts on hand inside and out, you'll get up to speed on platform economics, trading mechanics, and domain specifics within your first 4–6 weeks.
