Product Designer

Product Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences and crafting intuitive, high-quality interfaces; work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to create seamless and engaging digital products. The work will directly impact business goals, enhance usability, and drive user satisfaction. User-Centered Design
Design user-centric interfaces, from idea to high-fidelity prototypes
Design and refine solutions based on user research and product goals
Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
Balance business objectives with user needs, advocating for design-driven decisions
Design Systems & Documentation
Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products
Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions with overall product strategy and technical feasibility
Collaborate with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to understand user needs
Experience Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
Experience with design systems, guides, and UI kits, design systems.
Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Work experience in the crypto industry would be considered an advantage
Skills
Strong understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles
Attention to detail with a solid grasp of design fundamentals
Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions
Proficiency in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with English proficiency at an intermediate or higher level
