Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to take full analytical ownership of our App cluster, driving product insights and helping define the key metrics. You will play a key role in understanding user behavior, identifying product opportunities, and shaping data-driven decisions across the cluster.
In addition to your primary focus on the App experience, you’ll also provide flexible support to other clusters (e.g. GWD, CRM, Growth) and contribute to event tracking and instrumentation efforts in coordination with the Data Engineering team. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
Own the analytics for the App cluster: define core metrics, conduct deep dives, and identify opportunities to improve product experience and performance
Partner with engineers and other analysts to support clean, consistent, and scalable event tracking across products
Contribute to ad hoc and cross-functional analysis for other clusters as needed (e.g. GWD, CRM, Growth)
Support the Research and Customer Success teams with behavioral insights, retention studies, and engagement analysis
Ensure high data quality and consistency across dashboards and tools
Help improve internal data literacy by guiding stakeholders in how to self-serve using Amplitude and other platforms
Our expectations
2+ years of experience in digital or product analytics
Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs)
Experience with GA4 and event-based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience with Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing web analytics tags (server-side knowledge is a plus)
Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Comfortable working with data engineers and discussing event structures and pipelines
Understanding of basic statistics (e.g. distributions, significance, trends) is a plus
Experience in B2B or cross-functional product environments is a plus
Level of English - at least B1
