Product Analyst

RemoteSenior

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who goes beyond reporting — someone who takes full ownership of product analytics, deeply understands product performance, and directly drives product decisions. This is a highly autonomous role: instead of working on a constant flow of ad-hoc requests, you will proactively explore data, identify problems and growth opportunities, and define what to focus on next. You will act as a thought partner for a product, not just an executor — challenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and shaping the direction of our games. We expect you to actively leverage modern tools, including AI, to accelerate analysis, uncover insights, and go deeper than standard approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance, identify metric drops, uncover root causes, and drive growth opportunities through data

  • Own the full experimentation cycle — from hypothesis to impact on product decisions

  • Analyze and optimize in-app and ads monetization, and evaluate LiveOps impact on key metrics and revenue

  • Explore user behavior and cohorts to identify trends and product opportunities

  • Work with UA to evaluate traffic quality and acquisition efficiency

  • Work with DWH, ETL, and external systems (Adjust, AppLovin, etc.) to ensure data quality and enable deep analysis

  • Translate complex data into clear insights and confidently communicate your recommendations

  • Improve analytics workflows and actively use AI to speed up analysis and generate insights

Requirements

  • Experience in mobile gaming or mobile products

  • Strong product thinking and understanding of metrics impact on business

  • Advanced SQL and experience working with large datasets

  • Solid A/B testing experience (design, analysis, interpretation)

  • Experience with DWH (ClickHouse or similar) and BI tools

  • Understanding of monetization models (in-app, ads, subscription)

  • Experience with Adjust, AppLovin or similar tools

  • Experience with AWS (S3) and ETL processes

  • Experience with Python for data analysis

  • Experience using AI in analytics (not just for code, but for insights)

  • Strong autonomy / Independent work style

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ETL optimization

  • Advanced BI/dashboarding

  • Experience in high-autonomy environments

Soft Skills:

  • Proactivity: You don’t wait for tasks — you independently identify problems and growth opportunities

  • Ownership & Independence: You can take a problem space, structure it, and drive it to results without constant guidance

  • Product Thinking: You understand how data connects to product decisions, user behavior, and business impact

  • Communication: You clearly articulate insights and can confidently defend your point of view

  • Influence: You don’t just report results — you actively influence product decisions and challenge assumptions

  • Critical Thinking: You question data, understand its limitations, and avoid misleading conclusions

  • Challenge Mindset: You are comfortable pointing out what’s not working and pushing for better solutions

What we offer

  • High Ownership: A role with real impact on product decisions and business results

  • Professional Freedom: Autonomy in choosing approaches, tools, and areas of focus

  • Focused Environment: Minimal ad-hoc tasks and unnecessary meetings — more time for deep work

  • Strong Product Culture: Direct collaboration with product and marketing teams

  • Growth & Development: Opportunities to experiment, grow, and influence analytics direction

Work Conditions

  • Full Remote: Work from anywhere in the world

  • Flexible Hours: Start your day anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (GMT +3)

  • Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, and additional sick days per year

  • Wellbeing & Extras: Partial coverage for health insurance, sports memberships, and language classes

  • Special Occasion Bonuses: Celebrate birthdays, weddings, and family milestones

  • Referral Program: Bonus for recommending talented friends

  • Holiday Gifts: Thoughtful surprises for holidays and special events — we love celebrating together!

If you enjoy working with big data, building models that truly influence business results, and growing analytics in the gaming industry — we’d love to meet you!
