Process Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for regular team activities such as retrospectives, backlog grooming, and one-to-one meetings: send reminders, structure outcomes, and log action points

• Maintain and update tasks in YouTrack based on meeting outcomes

• Collect and analyse task-related data in YouTrack, including team workload, work in progress (WIP), lead time, and other key performance metrics

• Assist in the preparation of materials for quarterly reviews, performance evaluations, and internal presentations

• Track and document changes to team processes, workflows, and tools; maintain up-to-date internal wiki pages and process documentation

• Monitor the progress of component-level goals and quarterly objectives, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue tracking

We expect you to have:

• Experience as an assistant, coordinator, or process specialist, ideally within IT or software development teams

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience participating in team delivery processes

• Proficiency with task management tools such as YouTrack or Jira

• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to structure, interpret, and communicate data clearly

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to follow through on processes and ensure timely completion of tasks

• English at B1 level and Russian at B2 level
