PR Lead

Blask is an AI-driven analytics platform for the iGaming industry. We are trusted by leading operators and affiliates worldwide. We are building a product we are proud of, and now we are looking for a PR Lead who will make sure Blask is consistently featured in industry media, by thought leaders, and by experts — through organic, long-term relationships.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have experience working with B2B audiences and know how to communicate complex ideas in simple terms

  • Ideally come from an agency background and are used to working independently and effectively

  • Have a track record of implementing large-scale reputation projects across media and social platforms

  • Can turn “feelings and ideas” into a structured PR strategy, content calendar, and measurable KPIs

  • Have relevant contacts among industry media and potential partners

  • Are highly proactive and can find stories even when it seems like there are none

  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with journalists so they want to cover you without being paid

  • Are comfortable working with numbers and analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Blask’s PR strategy for the iGaming/tech B2B market

  • Build and maintain a media database: journalists, bloggers, analysts, podcasts, Telegram channels, LinkedIn experts

  • Generate story angles: press releases, comments, opinion pieces, research, timely responses to industry news and trends

  • Pitch stories to fit the format of each outlet/author, securing publications and special projects

  • Drive thought leadership: ghost-writing for executives, quotes, opinion articles, interviews, speaking engagements, awards

  • Prepare supporting communication materials: releases, press kits, media kits, FAQs, instructions

  • Monitor the media landscape and respond quickly to news opportunities

  • Measure results: publications, citations, visibility; create reports and propose improvements

  • Coordinate designers, copywriters, and researchers for PR activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B PR (portfolio and links to publications required)

  • Agency background is highly desirable

  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills; ability to “sell” stories to editors

  • Excellent Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) for international platforms

  • Solid understanding of PR/communications metrics and analytics

  • Organized, independent, detail-oriented, and result-driven
