Outbound Account Executive

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to play a vital role in expanding our customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospects, showcasing the value of TaxDome's solutions, and driving sales through outbound communication channels. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about technology, SaaS, and excels in building and nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to identify and engage with potential clients.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of TaxDome's products and services, aligning them with the specific needs of prospects.

  • Qualify leads, set appointments, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation strategies and refine outbound sales approaches.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, performance metrics and quotas.

  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales best practices.

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance your sales capabilities.

Our expectations:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales in the SaaS or technology sector in the tax industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex information effectively.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.

  • A passion for technology and the SaaS industry.

Work format: independent contractor, EST
