Middle QA Engineer

Paralect builds tech products for clients worldwide. Now we’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join one of our Projects. If you’re passionate about testing, improving QA processes, and growing with the team, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Create a simple test plan (including planning and prioritizing your work, test strategy definition);

• Participate in the full testing lifecycle (manual testing, functional testing, requirements analysis, integration and API testing, creation of checklists and test cases);

• Apply exploratory testing and establish the testing process from scratch;

• Communicate with the customer and the team (PM, Dev, Designer).

What do we expect from you?

• 1,5 + years of experience in web and mobile application testing, including production experience;

• Strong knowledge of software testing processes and understanding of the software development lifecycle;

• Experience of working as one QA on the project;

• Ability to configure testing processes from zero;

• Understanding of the differences between MVP and long-term project testing approaches;

• You know and can use various test design techniques, exploratory testing;

• You know how to test requirements and can clarify them;

• You use different AI tools in your work;

• Intermediate English level.
