Middle Legal Advisor

As a Middle Legal Advisor, you will be an important player in our legal team, providing expert counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage a high volume of diverse tasks efficiently. You will work closely with various internal teams, including product, IT, finance, and other, to support our company's growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, master service agreements, and licensing agreements. You will manage these agreements within our contract management system.

  • Corporate Matters: Actively participate in the establishment and maintenance of corporate entities. Assist with corporate governance, including the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate filings.

  • Legal Advisory: Provide ongoing, proactive legal support to internal clients on a variety of legal issues. Offer expert advice on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring all activities comply with laws and best practices.

  • Compliance and Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures. Stay informed on evolving laws and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities for our legal framework.

  • Financial Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our finance team, preparing legal supporting documents for transactions, account openings, and other related issues.

  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research on complex corporate and commercial law matters to support strategic decisions and project initiatives.

  • Project Management: Assist in managing various legal projects and initiatives from conception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Hold a legal degree with a license to practice in at least one jurisdiction.

  • Bring 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial or corporate law and governance.

  • Have good experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

  • Experience in legal support services is an advantage.

  • Exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong interest in and understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other emerging technologies is a significant advantage.

  • Prior experience in technology, fintech, or blockchain industries is preferred.

  • Preference given to candidates with experience within the crypto-industry.

  • Full Professional English.
