Marketing Systems Analyst (Attribution & Tracking)
We’re looking for a Marketing Systems Analyst to take ownership of one of the most critical (and most fragile) parts of our growth engine — attribution and tracking.
We run multiple products, channels, campaigns, and partnerships одновременно. As we scale, tracking becomes increasingly complex — and if not managed properly, it breaks in the worst possible way: you stop understanding what actually drives your business.
At some point, a simple question becomes hard to answer:
👉 “Where did this application really come from?”
Right now, this logic is partially in systems, partially in setups, and partially in people’s heads.
We want to fix that.
This role is about building a system we can trust — and making sure it stays that way as we grow.
If you enjoy digging into complex setups, questioning data, and bringing order to messy systems — you’ll likely enjoy this role.
Key responsibilities
You’ll be the person who owns attribution end-to-end and makes sure it actually works.
Own attribution & tracking:
Define and maintain attribution logic (first touch, last click, and beyond)
Ensure all channels and campaigns are correctly tracked
Validate that all parameters (UTMs, internal mappings, backend tags) are properly passed into applications
Keep the system clean and reliable:
Identify and fix tracking issues (missing data, broken logic, inconsistencies)
Investigate discrepancies between marketing platforms and internal analytics
Build simple processes to detect and prevent issues early
Work across systems:
Manage tracking setups in marketing platforms (Meta, Google, etc.):
events
conversion tracking
optimization signals
Understand and control the full data flow: click → product → backend → analytics
Enable analytics and decisions:
Ensure analysts and product teams can build reliable funnels and reports
Make performance data trustworthy enough to drive decisions on channels, campaigns, and partners
Work with engineers:
Write clear technical requirements for tracking and data flows
Validate implementations (including SQL checks when needed)
Act as a bridge between marketing, analytics, and engineering
Scale the system:
Support new product launches, channels, and partners from a tracking perspective
Ensure attribution scales with the business — instead of breaking under growth
Requirements and expectations
3+ years of experience in systems analysis
Experience in marketing analytics / tracking / attribution
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
Hands-on experience with:
UTMs and tracking parameters
event and conversion setup
attribution models
Solid understanding of data flows across systems (frontend → backend → analytics)
Confident SQL skills
Must-have mindset:
Strong critical thinking
You don’t take data at face value — you question it, validate it, and dig until it actually makes sense. You’re comfortable challenging numbers if something feels off.Ownership
If something is broken, you don’t just point it out — you make sure it gets fixed.Nice to Have
