Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a talented Manual QA Engineer to join our team in our Cyprus office or remotely.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Test the functionality of new integrations and participate in their implementation

• Improve the speed of delivery for new integrations

• Be responsible for the quality of manual testing within the product team: perform functional, system, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing

• Create a pool of scenarios for further test automation

• Participate in writing test cases and other test documentation

• Manage test environments

• Develop the test framework and suggest relevant technologies

Requirements

Key competencies:

• Experience working on fintech projects

• Experience with payment systems is a plus

• General understanding of banking processing principles

• Knowledge and understanding of different software testing and development methodologies

• Experience working with logs and monitoring systems

• Experience with white-box/grey-box testing

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Ability to view features from the user's perspective and identify potential issues

• Product mindset
