We’re searching for a Manual & Automation QA who thinks like a user, understands business impact, and cares about accuracy. Team structure: 1 Engineering Manager, 2 Senior Full-Stack Developers, 1 Middle Full-Stack Developer, an AI Researcher, a Head of R&D (responsible for product management and product strategy), and 5 setup managers (tech support).

What are your responsibilities?

  • Establish a QA process from scratch

  • Build clear test plans for new features, integrations, and releases.

  • Define testing scope, risks, edge cases, coverage, and acceptance criteria (together with Product & Engineering).

  • Design test scenarios including happy paths, negative flows, and boundary cases.

  • Prioritize testing based on risk and business impact.

  • Maintain all testing documentation (test cases, checklists, guidelines).

  • Perform manual testing across the web app, integrations, AI features, and full end-to-end financial workflows.

  • Validate financial calculations, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and cross-system consistency.

  • Conduct cross-browser, device, accessibility, usability, and basic performance testing.

  • Re-test fixes and run regression testing to ensure stable releases.

  • Build and maintain automated tests.

  • Create and run API automation for integrations and backend logic.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs.

  • Verify fixes and validate resolution before closing issues.

What are the preferred requirements for the role?

  • 3+ years in QA, testing B2B SaaS or fintech products.

  • B2 English level.

  • Strong manual testing skills and experience designing test plans, scenarios, and documentation.

  • Hands-on automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and solid coding skills in JS/TS, Python, or Java.

  • API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured) and ability to validate data using SQL.

  • Understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, agile processes, and CI/CD.

  • Strong bug reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills; high ownership and accountability.

Nice to have: financial domain knowledge; basic security/compliance testing.

Reporting Structure:

Reporting to the Head of R&D and the Engineering Manager.
