LLM Engineer

You will:

• Build and improve the core LLM pipelines for our AI platform:
• fine-tuning pipelines
• synthetic data generation pipelines
• evaluation pipelines
• Design and generate high-quality datasets for training, benchmarking, and model improvement.
• Run fast experiments, validate hypotheses, and turn promising ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Work on challenging AI problems in e-commerce, including search, answer quality, and model behavior.

Must-have:

• Strong engineering background in Python, proven in production environments.
• Deep understanding of how modern language models work.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience building data pipelines for training and evaluation.
• Experience designing and running LLM evals.
• Strong experimental mindset: able to move fast, iterate quickly, and test ideas in practice.
• Startup mindset with high ownership and readiness to work across research and engineering boundaries.
• AI-native approach to work and development.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with pretraining or continued pretraining.
• Experience with RAG systems, reranking, or retrieval-based AI systems.
• Experience in e-commerce AI, search relevance, or ranking systems.
