Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise internal teams and business clients on various aspects of commercial and corporate law in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Draft, review, manage, and negotiate a wide range of legal and corporate documents, with a particular focus on commercial agreements (licenses, marketing, partnerships, services, etc.) involving vendors, agents, and service providers.

  • Lead legal projects under supervision, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external advisors to achieve project goals.

  • Collaborate with agents, vendors, law firms, and other external parties on corporate, financial, legal, and banking matters.

  • Prepare and submit documents to authorities (e.g., regulatory bodies, Registrars of Companies, Tax Offices) and liaise with governmental bodies when needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial matters, ensuring close collaboration with internal teams.

  • Maintain legal registers and databases, including agreements, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.

  • Support ad-hoc projects such as legal research, licensing, corporate structuring, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A law degree from a recognized university.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or a similar industry.

  • Fluent written and spoken English (a must).

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Sharp analytical skills, legal research capabilities, and sound judgment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and processes.

  • Strong self-management, time-management, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • An interest in IP, iGaming, FinTech, and compliance.

  • Comfort with digital tools and workflow systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have:

  • Expertise in Intellectual Property and iGaming.

  • Familiarity with task management platforms and cloud-based solutions.

  • Experience working with European and international jurisdictions (e.g., Curacao, Isle of Man, BVI, Hong Kong).
