Core Crypto & DeFi Expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of DeFi protocols, including staking, lending, yield farming, liquidity pools, and on-chain yield generation strategies.

• Expert-level understanding of stablecoins, treasury management solutions, and various yield-generating mechanisms suitable for merchant use.

• Advanced knowledge of blockchain infrastructure (custody solutions, bridges, smart contract integrations, and security considerations).

• Advanced understanding of tokenomics and risk management in DeFi products to ensure safe and commercially viable offerings.

Business Development & Product Innovation

• Expert ability to ideate, design, and drive new revenue-generating crypto products (starting with the Yield Hub).

• Expert-level skills in unit economics, financial modeling, and calculating the impact of new solutions on both merchant profitability and CoinsPaid revenue.

• Advanced experience in developing go-to-market strategies and driving adoption of complex crypto products.

• Advanced merchant-focused skills — ability to work directly with key clients on upsell and product implementation.

Technical & Integration Skills

• Advanced knowledge of payment processing flows and crypto rails to ensure new products integrate seamlessly into the existing platform.

• Intermediate to Advanced understanding of API integrations and blockchain technology stack (able to effectively translate business requirements to the technical team).

Market, Strategy & Execution

• Advanced competitive analysis and market intelligence skills in crypto payments and DeFi.

• Intermediate regulatory awareness (especially MiCA and EU crypto regulations).

• Expert cross-functional collaboration skills — working effectively with Tech, Compliance, Sales, and Leadership teams.

• Strong project management and prioritization abilities to deliver multiple initiatives end-to-end.

Soft Skills & Languages

• Expert-level communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills (able to pitch ideas clearly to both merchants and internal leadership).

• Expert analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Fluent English (C1+ or native) is mandatory.

• Fluent Russian is a strong advantage.
