Lead QA Engineer- CRM

We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer with proven experience leading CRM team

You’ll spend 70% of your time on test automation and 30% on leadership and people management.

Team: 4 Senior QA Engineers
Time split: 70% hands-on automation, 30% leadership

Technical tasks

• Develop and maintain UI automated tests (C#)

• Ensure test reliability and coverage

• Analyze failures and improve quality

• Collaborate with Business analysts, Software Developers to align QA strategy

• Own QA quality metrics and continuously improve test coverage, stability, and effectiveness.

• Own the QA tasks backlog — prioritize refactoring and process improvements for QA team efficiency

Leadership/People management

• Lead and mentor 4 Senior QA engineers, including code review.

• Plan and estimate testing work, including quarterly planning, daily stand-ups, and allocating team members to features. Track tasks, communicate risks, and align priorities

• Facilitate team retrospectives and process improvements to foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Manage team performance: conduct annual reviews and drive career growth plans for QA team members.

• Implement company-wide policies within the team, drive best practices and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years in automation, with solid UI testing skills

• Experience managing a QA team including task management and management of direct reports 2+ years

• Proficient in automation frameworks (C# or Java)

• Skilled in planning, estimation, and priority management

• Advanced English (some team members are English-speaking only)

Bonus:
