Product Manager

We are building CryptoRank.io — a leading analytics platform and data aggregator for the Web3.0 market. Our mission is to empower users with the tools and insights they need to navigate the crypto space and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Over the past few years, we’ve experienced tremendous growth, increasing our traffic and user base by tens of times.

Due to active growth, we are looking for a strong Product manager who will help us develop the platform, improve the user experience, and scale the product.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive product strategy focused on growth, monetization, and retention (MAU, DAU, LTV, SEO)

2. Analyze the market, competitors, and user needs to identify new opportunities

3. Launch new features end-to-end: from idea to release and performance analysis

4. Prioritize product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Design, Marketing)

5. Work with analytics, test hypotheses, and make product decisions

6. Improve UX and optimize user engagement through SEO, A/B tests, and data insights

7. Build internal processes, set clear team workflows (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW), and scale efficiently

8. Growth traffic and product localization for international markets.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, Web3, Web2

2. Strong experience with B2C products, monetization, user metrics, and growth strategies

3. Strong analytical skills, including product metrics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis

4. Experience with ASO, SEO, and traffic growth strategies

5. Experience working with development, design, and marketing teams

6. Ability to formulate product hypotheses and validate hypotheses based on data.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in building mobile products

2. Passion for Web3.0, AI, or FinTech ecosystems

3. Familiarity with blockchain user behavior and industry trends.
