Lead Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Lead Marketing Designer to own our creative strategy and build a powerful emotional connection between our brand and its audience. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our positioning as the leading AI technology for app marketing. From high-converting campaigns to a flagship website revamp, you’ll shape the look and feel of a brand built to lead.

You’ll create visual stories that engage, convert, and elevate our brand authority across every marketing touchpoint. By working closely with product design and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every asset - from AI product messaging to social creatives - is visually striking, strategically aligned, and built for business impact. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of our brand evolution, where design becomes a key growth driver.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Differentiate us in the market: redesign and consolidate our websites, integrating AI offerings clearly and compellingly into our solutions portfolio.
  2. Own visual storytelling across all marketing touchpoints: web, ads, emails, events, and social media.
  3. Influence our audience: deliver design assets that emotionally connect and drive action.
  4. Drive business impact: use real performance data - not just opinions - to optimize creative work and continuously improve.
  5. Improve how we work: build scalable workflows to speed up delivery and enable the lead gen team to move fast without bottlenecks (e.g. self-serve templates).
  6. Collaborate proactively: work closely with the product team to create a unified design ecosystem and secure C-level buy-in through regular feedback loops.

About you:

  1. A creative leader who balances vision with execution and aesthetics with performance.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing design within tech, ideally B2B SaaS.
  3. Mastery of brand identity, visual systems, and storytelling that’s both functional and emotional - backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating designs that move audiences and evoke emotion.
  4. A clear communicator who builds alignment and inspires confidence, incl. with C-level stakeholders.
  5. Comfortable with data and UX principles - not afraid to dive into CTRs, A/B tests, and customer feedback to inform decisions and elevate the user experience.
  6. Strong professional intuition shaped by a sharp eye for contemporary trends and visual culture.
  7. Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments - self-sufficient and proactive in removing obstacles to get things done.
