Junior Performance Manager (Paid Search)

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads and Bing, including developing targeting strategies, and writing ad copy, under the guidance of senior team members.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to achieve client’s media or performance goals.

• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and metrics, providing accurate data on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Utilize Google Analytics for comprehensive reporting

• Update and maintain dashboards to track the progress of all ad campaigns, ensuring real-time visibility of key metrics and performance indicators

• Communicate regularly with internal teams (e.g., Media Optimization, and Client Service) about campaign status and performance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.

• Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Google Ads or other search engine advertising platforms.

• Basic understanding of search engine marketing principles and concepts.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign data to inform optimization strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• English B2+
