Junior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for Junior Full-Stack Developer to Naoma AI.

Naoma AI is an early-stage startup in the AI demo-automation space. We are building AI voice demo agents for B2B SaaS. You will have an opportunity to work on the intersection of real-time systems, browser automation and AI infrastructure. Your mission: make customer onboarding fast and automated.

What you'll do

• Onboard customers hands-on: configure their agents, get them live, support them through issues

• Build and improve the tooling that turns customer onboarding into a repeatable, automated process

• Ship across the stack, frontend and backend

You need

• Solid programming skills. We use TypeScript and Go

• Fluent with AI coding tools (Claude Code or similar) day-to-day

• Self-directed; can own work end-to-end without hand-holding
