Head of Games

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Games to lead the slots direction and take full ownership of the games portfolio - from strategy and product vision to P&L and commercial performance.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who deeply understands slots, game economics, RTP, volatility, and the full game development lifecycle in a regulated iGaming environment.

Required skills:

• Senior leadership experience in iGaming / slots development (5+ years), with ownership of game or product direction.

• Proven experience managing P&L or strong commercial responsibility for game portfolios.

• Deep understanding of slots mechanics: RTP, volatility, bonus systems, and player behaviour.

• Strong product mindset with a clear understanding of the full game lifecycle — from concept to release and optimisation.

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working closely with investors or senior stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of regulated iGaming markets and certification processes (UKGC, MGA, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Own the games direction end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercial performance of the slots portfolio.

• Take responsibility for the games P&L, including revenue (GGR/NGR), costs, and investment decisions related to game development.

• Drive portfolio growth through data-driven decisions around game mechanics, volatility, bonuses, and market distribution.

• Lead and align cross-functional teams (Game Design, Math, Art, Production) to deliver high-quality games on time and within budget.

• Monitor key product and business metrics (revenue, retention, engagement) and continuously optimise live and upcoming titles.

• Ensure smooth delivery, quality, certification readiness, and compliance with regulatory requirements across target markets.

• Build and develop a strong games team, supporting hiring, mentoring, and performance growth.
