Head of Delivery / PMO

At Nozomi, we work as an end-to-end consulting and execution partner to create digital health products that change patient behavior and improve measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a Head of Delivery — a person who will own the entire project delivery function, lead a team of project managers, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all initiatives.

This is a directive PMO role — not just about frameworks and governance, but about real delivery outcomes, accountability, and partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop a team of Project Managers (hiring, coaching, performance management)

• Assign PMs to projects based on skills and capacity, balancing workload across the portfolio

• Own end-to-end delivery across all projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met

• Act as the first escalation point for delivery challenges, risks, and stakeholder conflicts

• Establish and enforce clear communication standards with partners — ensuring transparency and no surprises

• Own partner satisfaction, proactively managing expectations, risks, and issues

• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and templates

• Ensure consistent application of standards across all projects

• Build and maintain portfolio-level visibility (status, risks, budgets, milestones)

• Lead risk and issue management across the portfolio, ensuring mitigation plans are in place

• Drive post-mortems and lessons learned to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project Management roles in IT / Product / Consulting

• 2+ years in leadership or managing PM teams

• Proven experience owning and delivering multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills

• Background in working with international clients

• Experience in building and scaling delivery processes and standards

• High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just processes

• Ability to manage ambiguity and complex project environments

• Strong communication and escalation management skills

• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Digital Health / Product / Consulting environments

• Experience building PMO functions from scratch or scaling them

• Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery models

• Experience with portfolio management and executive reporting

• AI tools usage for delivery optimization and reporting
