We are building a centralized Marketing Operations function across a portfolio of iGaming companies.
We are looking for a senior Growth Manager with strong acquisition expertise and solid unit economics understanding.
You will evaluate, optimize, and scale marketing performance across multiple brands and geographies.
This is not a campaign execution role. You must understand performance deeply, but your focus will be on structure, efficiency, and growth logic.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct marketing audits across portfolio companies

  • Evaluate channel mix, tracking setup, and acquisition structure

  • Assess strategy alignment with geo and business stage

  • Analyze CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS, and cohort performance

  • Identify inefficiencies in acquisition and retention

  • Recommend scaling and reallocation decisions based on unit economics

  • Work closely with BI, finance, performance, and product teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in iGaming acquisition / growth roles

  • Experience as Head of Acquisition / Growth Lead / Senior Performance Lead

  • Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models

  • Deep knowledge of multi-channel acquisition

  • Advanced understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback)

  • Experience working across multiple geographies

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • Fluent Russian or Ukrainian. English — minimum B2

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in multi-brand or portfolio environments

  • Hands-on background in SEO / Paid Media / Affiliates / CRM

  • Exposure to BI tools and performance dashboards
