General Manager

Algonova is an international EdTech company bringing education to kids across 90+ countries. We've been in the market for nine years and we're still growing fast. Strong product culture, data-driven decisions, short iteration cycles. We've been active in LatAm for over a year — the market is live and moving.

We're looking for a Country Manager for our LatAm business — not to build from scratch, but to take it to the next level. The team is in place, the infrastructure is built, the product works. We need someone who's been here before: scaled a regional business, owned P&L, and knows which levers to pull. This is a role for a GM who has already done this — in another region, at another company — and is ready to do it again: faster and smarter.

🚀 What You'll Own:

• Full ownership of LatAm: marketing, sales, and the educational delivery

• Lead and grow the existing local team

• Own the P&L end-to-end — hit revenue and profitability targets

• Build and improve acquisition, sales, and retention channels — drive conversion across the full funnel

• Make key market decisions and double down on what works

👾 What We're Looking For:

• Experience as Country Manager, Regional GM, or equivalent — you've owned a market before

• Proven P&L ownership with hard revenue and profit targets

• Strong expertise in at least one of: growth marketing, sales, or operations

• Experience managing local teams across different cultures and geographies

• Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy

• English C1+; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus

• Background in EdTech or B2C subscription products

• Experience in LatAm markets

• Understanding of B2C growth models
